When rich businessman Sir Roland Le Fevre and his formidable wife Victoria take over the running of Marchbank Academy, a private boarding school once attended by Victoria, they discover Headmaster Marcus Preston has been embezzling the school budget to fund his gambling addiction.
Marcus and his voluptuous young wife Charlotte are now at the mercy of the sadistic pair when they decide on a bet to see which of them can train the most obedient person over a six month period, Victoria taking on Marcus and Roland training Charlotte.
