This training manual is written for Negro woman who have a burning desire to break generational the curses on the Negro family. The generational curses led to us being inflicted through Transatlantic Slave Trade. The goal of this book is to write a training manual using the book of Proverbs as a template of instruction. I chose the book of Proverbs chapter 31 (10-31) dealing with the virtuous women as a starting point for helping the Negro women see what true Christian womanhood looks like. The purpose of this book is to use it as a Christian discipleship manual enabling Negro women to rebuild a loving, healthy relationship with the Negro men in Jesus Christ.
