This eBook contains 20 card tricks learnt over the years and recently, from the web. The card tricks are not deceptive: no stacked decks, no bent cards, no sleight of hand. (Only one trick relies on a little deception, but it is so flamboyant that it is worth it.)
How this book differs from others is that there is a very detailed step by step procedure for every trick. Solutions are also detailed and proofs are frequently given to show how and why the trick works. Those that are not explained are repetitions of other tricks and should be simple to follow.
The book assumes you are conducting the tricks, sometimes with victim Victor and others with Victoria.
The Hidden Paw is T. S. Eliot’s Macavity, and what better mascot than Macavaity: “He's the bafflement of Scotland Yard, the Flying Squad's despair, for when they reach the scene of crime, Macavity's not there!”.

The intended age bracket is from early teens onwards.
