Bolantine has escaped from his underground prison after over a decade of isolation. Funding his project by using reanimated corpses as terrorists for hire, in a short period he has become one of the major players in the terror trade.
Mason Stone and his team were on their way back from a job in Zimbabwe when they first run into Bolantine's terror machine. Narrowly averting disaster on an airplane, they find out that Bolantine has escaped his prison.
