Pratap has just passed out of the Police Academy with flying colors. Looking back, during his Pre-University days, he suffers a severe mental shock when one of his college-mates is abducted, and disappears without a trace. The police fail to catch the culprits. It transpires the accused wield high level political power capable of influencing the police investigation. Until date it remains an unsolved case. Pratap vows to join the Force. He makes it his mission to dig out unsolved cases, ensure justice to victims, and punish the guilty. In order to access such cases, he deliberately opts for a posting at the Bureau of Crime Records.
No sooner he assumes duty he comes across a case of the unnatural death of a Senior Citizen. Police have wound up the case declaring it as death by accident. Pratap has reasons to believe it is not so. He secretly ventures into an independent investigation of the case.
Who is right? Police? Pratap? Or could both be wrong?
