October 2029 brings Headmistress Halloway's final, monumental request: the four girls of the next generation must compile a forty-five-minute public reading from three years of their unedited diary entries for the anniversary gala on December 5. Gathering for seven Saturdays at the Café Egér under strict rules of no collaboration, they seal their individual scripts into a single envelope. They agree on a final joint word: tessék.

Inside an intimate, draped auditorium of seventy core members, the readings commence. Lola reads first, honoring their journey from the first day's husky lie. Tommie reads her comical all-caps entries, publicly declaring her love for her squad. Rae delivers a precise timeline tracking her emotional growth, and Bea shares her vulnerable struggles with her father's absence. The performance triggers an intense, tearful eight minutes of silent standing ovation. Late that night, on Lola's bedroom floor, the four girls forge an absolute, lifelong vow to always meet on Saturdays, no matter where university takes them.

The subsequent years unspool in a beautiful montage of growth. In autumn 2030, Tommie's debut novel The Brown Notebook wins the National YA Book of the Year prize. In May 2031, the senior generation officially draws to a close when ninety-three-year-old Margit Halmos passes away peacefully, and the four girls serve proudly as her pallbearers. Following a nostalgic trip to Brighton to visit Tommie's grandmother, the narrative fast-forwards to June 2033.

The graduation ceremony at Ivybridge Academy is spectacular. With a pregnant Claire, little brother Bencus, and a surprising, solitary Marcus Wenckheim applauding from the back row, the four girls receive their diplomas from Headmistress Anna Tóth. Sitting on their fated Margitsziget rock one final time before starting university together at ELTE in Pest, Lola Vance closes her purple notebook. The seven-year story is over, but their sisterhood is permanent.
