The past is none of our business, its history, and neither is the unknown future, it's a mystery!
All we have is this God given 24 hours, the present, today, and if we use it properly, and give him the 8 hours of sleep to sort through our past, we then only have to focus in 16 hours of work and play.
This is a simple program for complicated people, but luckily there is now a solution, Trauma Recovery Anonymous; and it's Healing Event; enable each of us to keep this really simple.
By Letting Go of the past; giving the baggage of it, back to it's rightful owner, our younger self; we are thus freed of the chains and bondage of the past to focus on all things of our present:
Our families
Our friends
Our children
Our work and colleagues
Our communities
Our health, self care and well-being
And our right to live in the present as a normal human being.
This is a choice we each have to make.
To suffer and endure the past not ours
or
To focus on being present for ourselves and those close to us.
