Without Bonus is based on Monica Larsson's one year diary from when she worked as a bank clerk at a large Swedish bank. We follow her and her customers through life's daily struggles; the man who stubbornly insists that there is indeed still money in the account or the woman who claims she never withdrew that money even though security cameras captured her doing so. Money is vital to our lives, whether we have it or not. Social differences are quite obvious to a bank employee.
